Drafted and negotiated multimillion enterprise purchase agreement with leading personal computer manufacturers.
Drafted and negotiated several application service provider agreements on behalf of Fortune 100 company.
Drafted and negotiated content license agreements with two of the world’s major record labels and several major independent records labels on behalf of leading digital photography software publisher.
Create and draft more than 20 master template agreements, such as master purchase agreements, and training materials for purchasing department of leading Internet company.
Drafted and negotiated a variety of software development, evaluation agreements, source code escrow and license agreements, outsourcing agreements, and other product- and technology-related relationships (e.g., development agreements; distribution arrangements; software licenses; and marketing arrangements) and other intellectual property related agreements.
