Monica Zent Ms. Zent currently serves as the Managing Attorney for Zent Law Group PC. In addition, Ms. Zent concentrates her practice in the areas of: business and commercial law, government contracting and intellectual property law and licensing, with a particular emphasis in the technology, Internet, computer, semiconductor, digital media, mobile, entertainment, sports and consumer products industries. She has successfully negotiated a wide variety of complex transactions in these areas. Prior to founding Zent Law Group, Ms. Zent practiced in the Corporate and Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group with a well known global law firm. During that period, Ms. Zent represented clients such as Accenture, E*Trade, XEROX PARC, Palm, Inc., Maxtor Corporation, and REI in connection with various business transactional matters. Ms. Zent has also held various in-house counsel positions, at such companies as MTM Enterprises, International Family Entertainment, Saban, and the most recent of which was the Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Fox Television Studios in Los Angeles where she was responsible for overseeing all legal and business matters for the company's domestic and international activities. In addition, with her colleague and business partner, Ms. Zent launched Music Concepts Worldwide, LLC, a non-profit music marketing company releasing specialty music products designed for charitable causes.
