ZentLaw's Corporate Law Practice involves assisting our enterprise clients with corporate governance matters, acquisition transactions, divestitures and general corporate matters. ZentLaw also assists start-up clients with their corporate legal needs. Our attorneys have skills and expertise suited to the unique challenges facing start-ups.

ZentLaw assists in such matters as organizing start-ups, structuring the equity relationships among founders, employees and investors, private placement financing, and structuring joint venture relationships. We work closely with our Technology Transactions and Commercial Transactions Practice Groups in protecting company trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, licensing of technology, and negotiating and drafting related agreements.

Under our Corporate Law Practice, ZentLaw assists our enterprise clients with post-acquisition affiliate integration, affiliate divestitures and due diligence support for acquisition activities. ZentLaw has also been engaged on many occasions to serve as domestic liaison on behalf of our enterprise clients, in working with local counsel throughout the world on a wide variety of affiliate integration or divestiture activities.
