Our market-changing Virtual Counsel ^® services plans allow us to accommodate the needs of our major corporate clients to address coverage, workflow and project needs by providing the services of our experienced attorneys either in-house, at our client's facilities, or off-site at our facilities. We offer reduced rates under these plans based upon the volume of work expected and the term of the engagement. Our revolutionary pricing under these plans has allowed our clients to save millions of dollars in outside counsel fees each year. Virtual General Counsel ^® Services Plans

Our unique Virtual General Counsel ^® services plans are tailored to suit the needs of our emerging business clients that often do not have access to a general counsel within their organization. Under these plans, we provide a wide range of services to accommodate the fluctuating needs of emerging business clients. We consult with our Virtual General Counsel ^® plan clients to formulate a plan that is most suitable to their specific needs and within their budget constraints. Our comprehensive Virtual General Counsel ^® services are provided on a flat monthly fee basis and are available under semi-annual, annual and extended plan terms.

Fixed Fee Engagements
We begin each client engagement or project with an understanding and candid discussion of the nature of the work involved and our client's expectations and objectives. Based upon the scope of work and extent of services requested we then arrive at a flat fee at the beginning of the matter. For the scope of work and services involved in a matter, our fees are designed to be all-inclusive of such items as client meetings, correspondence, phone calls, research, drafting, evaluation and negotiation.

For certain routine matters or projects of limited duration and scope, a fixed fee engagement makes sense. In those cases, we scope the work appropriately and arrive at a fixed all-inclusive fee for the matter. Depending on the length and scope of the matter, the fee may be payable at once or paid incrementally over the course of certain milestone events.
